Seeded chicken schnitzel is classic Austrian dish. If you are not familiar with schnitzel, it is basically a cut of meat pounded thin, breaded and then fried.

So lets get started..
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
6 tbsp salted sunflower seeds
2 tsp turmeric
6 tbsp toasted white and black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
vegetable oil
Method:
Step1: In a large bowl prepare all the seeds crust and in separate dish mix flour and spices and set aside.
Step2: Then in a separate bowl beat eggs and set aside.
Step3: Take the chicken breasts and pound thin with the help of meat pounder.
Step4: Dip the chicken breast in flour mixture and coat both sides, Make sure chicken is nicely coated. Now take coated chicken dip into the eggs mixture and coat both sides and then place it into the seeds crust and coat both sides well.
Step5: Take oil in the pan and let it hot, start cooking the prepared chicken until nice golden brown from both sides. Remove from the pan and dish out to serve.
Thin-skinned small and waxy potatoes are best for potato salad amazing with the dressing and flavor of fresh herbs.
Method:
First boil the potato's with little salt, peel and cut into small cubes sprinkle vinegar over the potato's and add mayonnaise and sour cream, little mustard, crushed red onion, chopped hard boiled eggs, herbs like parsley, dill, chives, tarragon, or cilantro and mix well.
