Easy Butter Pound cake recipe …
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons water
Prepare your pan with butter and flour and preheat your oven to 350°
Beat cream spread, sugar, vanilla and eggs each in turn one by one until light and cushy. Then with the help of whisk mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture then beat again with adding water in it.
Now transfer the mixture to the prepared pan
Bake for 50-55 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean, place it on a wire rack and until cool completely.
Prior to serving, top cake with sugared rosemary and berries. Whenever wanted, dust with confectioners' sugar.
