500 grams ground turkey
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp finally chopped garlic

Method:
Step1: In a electric chopper mix well turkey, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, onion, egg, sauce, bread crumbs and make four equal patties.Step2: Now in a pan take oil on a medium heat and cook the patties until both sides nicely fried.
Step3: You can select the tops according to your choice, I have served with sliced tomatoes, sliced Onion, pickled cucumbers, slice of cheese, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo and off- course fries..
