Ingredients:
Dough:
2 Cups Warm Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
1 Packet Yeast
5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Filling:
3/4 Cup Butter Softened
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Icing:
4 Oz Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoon Butter melted
2 Tablespoon Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Method:
Step1: In a bowl, whisk milk, sugar, and butter. mixture has to be warm, then add yeast over and whisk to simply join and let sit for 5 minutes, until blend starts to foam.
Step2: Add 4 cups of flour and mix with wooden spoon until mixture becomes dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and wait for 60 minutes, Or the dough become double.
Step3: In the meanwhile get ready 2 round cake container and prepare it with butter greasing.
Step4: Now check the dough and add baking powder, salt, and 1/4 cup flour. Roll the dough and add the flour if needed to make it knead dough just until it will not be sticky.
Step5: Now roll the dough into a huge square shape of about ½ inch thickness,
Spread the melted butter and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon richly.
Step6: Now roll the dough in the shape of log, and cut the roll into 14 equivalent pieces.
Step7: Place about 7 roll into each prepared cake pan. now again cover the pan with clean towel or plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 more minutes.
Step8: Preheat your oven to 350°F. After 30 minutes remove the plastic and again brush the melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon powder and bake for 25-30 minutes until light golden brown.
Step9: For icing, beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. beat well and with milk, blend until icing gets smooth. More milk can be add according to the consistency you want.
Shower the icing over cinnamon rolls and serve!
