What to avoid are, fried and processed foods. The reason being, processed foods contain very high substance of sugars and sodium (depending upon what you’re having) and added preservatives.
Baked food is acceptable. Yet make it fresh. Baked potatoes are a very good source of complex carbs, instead of your deep fried chips which can be also processed foods whereas bake chicken/meat with herbs, and are good source of proteins, carbs and fats.
If it’s a baked pastry such as pies, cakes, croissant…etc. in which three components to be worried about: sugar (if it is a sweet item), starches and fats. It depends then upon your eating routine, on the off chance that you are permitted to eat a specific measure of these, or you are prevented at least one from getting them.
For a normal diet, they give a certain satisfaction that you need! However settle on the savvy decisions; for example go for entire wheat a biscuit as opposed to sugar treats because fibers slow down the ingestion of sugars in your bloodstream, or go for plain croissant without sugar jam. you can go for a good pastry shops who utilize pure 100% natural butter not margarines that are blended in with hydrogenated vegetable oils or palm oil, because these, contain a ton of trans-fat which not just increase your LDL (bad cholesterols) it in addition diminishes your HDL (good cholesterol). or bake everything at home with natural ingredients.
To finish up, eat right and choose baked items in good quantities and at smart portions of your day.
