No-Bake Biscoff Millionaires


Lets Get Started :

Ingredients:
Base:
500 g Biscoff Biscuits
185 g  Butter
Caramel:
200 g  Butter
3 tbsp Caster Sugar
4 tbsp Golden Syrup
397 g Condensed Milk
Topping:
250 g Milk Chocolate
Jar of Biscoff Spread
Biscoff Crumbs

Instructions:

For the Base:
Crush the biscuits in a food processor into  crumb, and add the melted butter. Mix in the food processor for a  few minutes till the mixture is combined. 
Now set the  biscuits mixture into a lined 9x9" Square Tin and press down firmly and set aside.

For Caramel:
In a pan take condensed milk, butter, sugar, and golden syrup and melt on a medium heat till the everything mix well – stir frequently to stop anything from burning.
Once the sugar  dissolved, let the mixture come to boiling point and boil on medium heat for 6-8 minutes and keep on stirring constantly. 
The mixture will be  slightly darker golden color, and has thickened to a soft fudge texture. let it cool for 5 minutes.
Now pour the caramel onto the Biscuit Base and leave to set for 2 hours in the fridge.

For Topping:
Melt your Chocolate down with the help of double boiler, now mix the spread with the melted chocolate and mix well.
Top the chocolate mixture on the caramel and biscuit base and spread nicely. Sprinkle biscoff crumbs and refrigerate for 2 hours again. 

Once Read, cut into pieces and enjoy.
