This debauched chocolate mousse improves with age so make it as long as 2 days ahead of time. Cover glasses with cling wrap and store it in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
5 Big Mars bars
1 Cup Baking Milk Chocolate
11/2 Cups Heavy cream
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce
Method:
Step1: Microwave 4 bars of Mars then add the chocolate and cream. Microwave again to mix everything until dissolved and smooth for about 5-8 minutes. Let it cool properly for 10 minutes.
Step2: Beat egg yolks with the help of whisk and add into chocolate mixture mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
Step3: With electric mixer beat egg whites until fluffy then add the sugar and blend it again until smooth and fluffy. Now add the chocolate mixture into the eggs mixture and fold it well until creamy.
Step4: Scoop out into the serving glasses and garnish with the remaining mar bar finely chopped or anything you like, Refrigerate at least for 6-8 hours before serving.
