Ingredients:
-125g Butter-1 cup Brown Sugar
-2 eggs
-2 bananas
-1/3 cups self raising flour
-1/3 cup milk
CARAMEL ICING:
-Butter 60g
-1/2 cup Brown Sugar
-2 tablespoons milk
-3/4 cup Icing Sugar
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
Step1: Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C and Prepare the pan with greasing and butter paper. 
Step2: Beat on low speed the ingredients one by one in a bowl and beat on low speed until all combined, beat for 5 minutes until rich and smooth.
Step3: Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack.
ICING:
Melt the butter and mix Brown Sugar and milk, Bring it to boil and bring to the bubble, stir well until the mixture is smooth enough to spread on cake. Let it cool down, Top with chopped nuts.
