A simple Banana Bread recipe, loaded with bananas, raisins, and walnuts.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter unsalted
3 Bananas
2 large Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
&
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
These are optional you can also use 1 cup full of chocolate chips.
Method:
Step1: Preheat oven to 180 C and Grease and flour a 13x23cm loaf tin.
Step2: Lightly roast the walnuts and let it cool.
Step3: Mash bananas and one by one add the ingredients, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, salt, eggs and mix well then add the vanilla, raisins and roasted walnuts and fold the batter and Pour into prepared loaf tin.
Step4: Bake for 55-60 minutes and let it rest on a wire rack for 30 minutes, then you slice it easily before serving.
